3D Printing Solutions

Ultimaker S5 Printer with large build volume:
330mm x 240mm x 300mm / 13.0” x 9.40” x 11.80”

Ability to print large prints or multiple smaller prints on print bed.

Possible to create larger prints than bed size, by splitting model into sections and chemically bonding segments to create complete model.

Print Materials
ABS.png

 ABS

Ultimaker ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) was formulated to minimize warping and ensure consistent layer adhesion. ABS is a great choice for detailed functional prototypes, checking form, fit and function of a part and to create complex end use parts.

PLA.png

 PLA

Ultimaker Tough PLA (polylactic acid) has a toughness that is similar to ABS plastic. It is ideal for functional prototypes and larger size tooling, jigs and fixtures.

 NYLON

Ultimaker Nylon is a polyamide grade based on PA6/66 and able to withstand significant mechanical stresses. It is impact and abrasion resistant. Nylon has a low friction coefficient and is corrosion resistant to alkalis and organic chemicals. It is a great choice for functional prototypes, tooling, industrial modeling and end use parts.

 TPU 95A

Ultimaker TPU 95A (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a flexible elastic type of material. It is oil / grease and chemical resistant. Can be used for flexible gaskets, O- rings, light duty drive belts, impact resistant covers and cases, soft vise jaws and so much more. TPU 95A has a Shore A hardness of 95 and up to 580% elongation at break.
